Felicia Bradley DNP, PMHNP-BC
I joined CIP Psychiatry because I believe people deserve mental health care that feels personal, thoughtful, and grounded in trust. I bring more than ten years of experience in the mental health field, and I am dedicated to creating a space where patients feel understood and supported throughout their treatment journey.
My training has shaped how I care for individuals and families facing a wide range of emotional and psychiatric concerns. I completed my Master of Science in Nursing at Prairie View A&M University in 2017, then earned my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2023. I later returned to complete my Doctor of Nursing Practice in Clinical Leadership and became board certified to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and medication management.
I have worked in long term care, telehealth, and outpatient settings, caring for people living with depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. I am experienced with creating individualized treatment plans to ensure that care is safe, organized, and collaborative.
My approach blends medication management, supportive therapy, and practical lifestyle strategies. I believe that true healing happens when we take time to understand a person’s story, honor their strengths, and build a treatment plan that aligns with who they are and who they want to become. At CIP Psychiatry, I work in close collaboration with Dr. Majid to create comprehensive treatment plans that support long term wellness and help patients move toward their best and most confident selves.
Outside of my work, I enjoy slowing down and taking care of myself. I love getting my nails done, relaxing with a massage, and exploring new places. Some of my favorite travels have taken me to Yellowstone National Park, Switzerland, Colorado, and Dubai. These experiences have shaped my belief that mental health care works best when it honors balance, connection, and the whole person. They influence how I approach each patient relationship with care, presence, and intention.
